    The Club Support team exists to aid and provide resources to clubs to enhance the club experience for members. Our support ensures that clubs have the necessary tools to operate successfully and efficiently. ©

    We strive to promote a sense of community within clubs and facilitate connections between clubs, other organizations, and students online and on campus. We hope to foster a vibrant and diverse culture for all of the Post University community. ©

What Do We Do?

Organizational Support Objectives:

Facilitate communication and collaboration among club members, students, and the Post University community.

Provide training, support, and guidance for club management and documentation such as, meeting agendas and minutes, membership trackers, and event planning guides, and marketing materials.

Offer training and development opportunities for club leaders and members.

Motivate club leaders through empowerment to develop a diverse, equal, and inclusive club environment and culture.

Financial Support

Aid in obtaining event funding and incentives.

Aid in allocating funding resources, internally and externally.

Provide guidance on effective collaboration with funding resources.

Provide guidance on budgeting to ensure sustainability.

Aid in developing a financial plan to ensure sustainability.

Marketing and Promotion Support:

Assist with branding and marketing strategies to increase interest, participation, and engagement with club events and activities.

Provide guidance, and assistance with developing effective social media marketing.

Provide guidance on managing Post University’s social media platforms, such as the Facebook Student Lounge and Post University Mobile Application.

Help with club promotions, club recruitment and overall outreach to attract members and strengthen club visibility.

Guide allocating resources through social media management and marketing.
